Q: How do I upload a photo?

A: Very straightforward, when the advert asks for a photo to be uploaded, click browse and find the photo at the location of the photo.

Q: How long does the advert remain on the site?

A: The advert is valid for 60 days, but an automated reminder will be sent when the advert is due to expire to ask if you would like to continue.

Q: What happens if I sell the item and want to remove the advert from the site?

A: All adverts can be managed in 'my account' section, if you wish to 'delete' the advert at any point click on the 'eraser/rubber' picture.

Q: I need to change the price of a current advert - how do I do this?

A: Again this is in 'my account' section where you can 'edit' the advert at any point.

Q: I am interested in buying an item - how do I pay for it?

A: This is to be decided between yourself and the advertiser. JustOutgrown is a site intended purely for the placement of classified adverts and as such the resultant communication and agreement about goods is between the advertiser and interested party.

Q: I would like to advertise my goods to be placed as a FOC item for anybody that is interested in collecting - is this possible?

A: JustOutgrown is intended as a site for the placement of classified ads. If you deem it pertinent that your goods are to be available to parties at no cost, that is entirely your decision.

Q: What do I do when I get the error message saying "The image file size exceeds 5MB?"

A: This error means the picture you are trying to upload is too big. To resize your picture go to www.picresize.com. You can then upload your smaller picture to this site.

Q: I cannot remember my password, how can I reset it?

A: Click Here and follow the instructions to reset your password.
